  1. Jim, Brian, Mary Ann – So sorry to hear of Mary Ann’s death. We saw her at Jack Tierney’s wake last fall and had a chance to talk with her. Our condolences to all the family.

  2. Mary Ann, you will be missed my old friend, however, I know that you are with Our Father and now watching over all of us mortals. Your wonderful spirit has been set free—fly freely my angel.

  3. MaryAnn was our worker helping my daughter and I with parenting classes to help us with my granddaughter Zoe,9 who has a mental disorder. Learning the techniques in the class and the pearls of wisdom from MaryAnn herself have been invaluable. Zoe is doing better and things are getting better all around. I know I was able to thank her and to tell her how helpful she has been to us, but I don’t think I was able to tell her how much she really made a difference in our lives….we thought we still had time, I guess. We finished up the workbook at our appt Tues. We had no idea we wouldn’t be seeing her again. She was a very caring soul who also was straighforward and told it like it is which we appreciated so much. She is sorely missed. I look forward to seeing her again in Paradise at the Resurrection. May you be in Jehovah’s memory until then.

  4. I met Mary Ann in the Lincoln School in the (and Mary Ann was very proud of this) Fightin’ Fifth Ward.

I am so glad I was able to count her as a friend. She was one of a kind and she touched and helped more lives than she knew.

I am one of the friends that she had lunch with every month and they are the best memories I have. We do indeed have fun and Mary Ann will be missed but she will be there in spirit.

Rest well Mary Ann, we will be able to have lunch together again one day.

  5. I am sorry I never had the chance to meet Mary Ann. My daughter and I came upon her accident on county route 119 in the town of Rathbone on our way home. Stayed with her until help arrived. If you would like to contact me my e-mail is lorrieknapp@hotmail.com
