Walter A. Rutkowski
HAMMONDSPORT – Walter A. Rutkowski, 63, passed away Tuesday (Nov. 7, 2023) at his home on County Route 87 (Town of Urbana).
Born in Elizabeth, NJ on Nov. 20, 1959 he was the son of the late Walter and Sophie (Sorosky) Rutkowski. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by a sister, Nancie Borzi
A former resident of Rahway, NJ, Walter has resided in the Hammondsport area for the past eight years.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is lovingly survived by two sisters, Donna O’Connell, with whom he resided and Joyce McCann; as well as several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Services will take place in New Jersey sometime this Spring.
