HORNELL-Vernon E. Carr, 54, passed away early Thursday morning (Oct. 30, 2014) at his home on Fulton St.
Born in Jackson, N.C. on May 15, 1960, he was the son of the late Ed Lee James and Annie Page Carr.
A former resident of New Jersey, Vernon has resided in Hornell for nearly five years.
His loving family includes his wife, Sharon Holloway as well as a host other relatives and friends.
