Randy:
I am very sorry to read of the passing of your dad. I am sure you will cherish all of the good times you shared with him throughout the years.
My thoughts are with you during this time.
What a nice man Vern was. As a driver education teacher, I had many contacts with Vern during his years with the DMV. In spite of the undeserved gruff reputation of many employees of the DMV, years ago, Vern was always a pleasant gentleman with whom to deal. God bless the family.
I love you Grampy. You will live in our hearts forever.
Randy..We were sorry to hear about your father. I think he was my driving inspector when I got my license. He always spoke when I would see him, mostly in the Post Office or when he came to vote..Please extend our Sympathy to your mother and the rest of the family. Hold onto those wonderful memories..
We became acquainted with Verne when the Avoca Historical Society was formed. He was a tireless supporter of it and the Avoca.Library . We enjoyed the work involved , the various speakers and the pot luck suppers! with him. Our condolences to Marge and the family . God bless you.
