Lillian “Terri” Zitrick-Dennehy

HORNELL- Lillian “Terri” Zitrick-Dennehy, 55, formerly of E Washington St, passed away Sunday evening (Jan. 12, 2020) at Noyes Hospital at Dansville.

Born in San Juan, PR on May 8, 1964, the daughter of Lillian and Bill Zitrick. She was survived by her mother Lillian, her brothers Edward and Bill Zitrick, her son Jonathan Dennehy, and her many friends.

Formerly a resident of Orlando FL, and Chattanooga TN, she became a resident of Hornell to be closer to her son during her courageous fight with cancer.

She achieved her dream of being a proprietor of her own business My Color Image Boutique & Gallery, Chattanooga TN, which offered a selection of works from local artists.

Throughout the years she enjoyed spending time making jewelry, quilting, sewing, painting and spending time with her family and pets.

She touched the lives of others through her involvement in the community. She will be remembered for being a uplifting, courageous, caring and compassionate person.

Her family includes a son, Jonathan Dennehy of Alfred NY, brothers Edward Zitrick of Dallas TX, and Bill Zitrick of Port St. Lucie FL, and mother Lillian Zitrick of Port St. Lucie FL.

The Bishop & Johnson Funeral Home, Inc. in Hornell is honored to serve the family of Lillian “Terri” Zitrick-Dennehy.

There will be an hour of calling from 1-2 p.m. Saturday (Jan. 25, 2020) at the Bishop & Johnson Funeral Home, Inc., 285 Main St., Hornell, where a funeral and committal service will be held in her memory at 2 p.m. Saturday, with Fr. Stan Kacprzak officiating.
