Gordon was a true friend to us through the years.Lots of laughs and lots of tears. We played lots of cards and enjoyed his almost April fools birthday as Helen always said.True friends make for a happy memorial book in our minds. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, always took care of the coffee pot at our gathering.Miss him you bet we do and will.
My parents have known Gordon and Helen for years as they worked together in Dairylea and when they lived in Zephyrhills, Florida at the same time.
Larry and I will always remember them visiting Mom and Dad at my folks home in Zephyrhill when we were visiting there.
We want Helen and her family to know that we are thinking of them at this time. Mom fell and fractured her pelvis so wasn’t able to come to calling hours and we never leave her alone.
We keep you in our thoughts during these days.
We remember Gordon as the busy, successful farmer on West Creek, Avoca .
He and Helen taught their children there is a time for work and a time for play. Knew their daughters,Janice,Cathy,Mary,& Sally and Stanley, some better than others as they attended Avoca Central with the Mitchell four. Condolences to all of them and sisters, Helen and Shirley .
Condolences from the Lawrence Bauter Family to Gordon Wraight’s family. Dad and Mom always kept track of the passing of friends and relatives and were always there for the family. I apologize for not being as attentive. Gordon will be remembered and the times of our families being together.
