  1. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I met Eric in Albany when we both took the Bench at the same time. He was a wonderful man.

  2. Dear Family – I am so very sorry for your sudden loss of kind Eric. He was a kind, friendly and positive part of our Community Relations Coordinator (CRC) team.

  3. Hon. Eric Buisch was a pleasure to be around at all times but I would like to speak to his times in Court. He was kind, thoughtful and fair with all who appeared in his court. I appeared there frequently and I feel that my clients and the Attorneys that appeared on any case, were treated with the utmost respect and fairness regardless of the circumstances of the case. In a local court we know we have a good judge if citizens can walk away knowing they were listened to, and treated fairly, regardless of the outcome. This was Judge Buisch, We will miss him and his even hand in the court system. We were fortunate to have his service. God bless him, his family and please God lift him up on eagles wings!

  4. To My friend Eric. It has been some time since we have seen each other in person. I only talked to you on the phone less than 2 weeks ago. I wish that I could have told you that I loved you like a brother. We shared many good times in High school and while attending Corning Community College together. I will miss you my friend. I am sorry I was not able to say goodbye in person, but will remember you always. I love you Eric. Rest in peace.

    Your friend always,

    Mike (Smitty) Smith

  5. Couldn’t make it to calling hours or funeral. I worked with Eric at ARC. He was a terrific guy. My heart goes out to all of you. He will be missed
