Donald Robert Proctor

PULTENEY/WAYNE, N.J.-Donald Robert Proctor, 75 of West Lake Road, Pulteney, formerly of Wayne, N.J., passed away Tuesday evening (Dec. 15, 2020) at the Bath V. A. Medical Center.

Born in Paterson, N.J. on Sept. 2, 1945, he was a son of the late Herbert and Margaret Proctor. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by two brothers, Herbert Proctor and Richard Proctor.

He proudly served his country with the U. S. Army in Vietnam.

For 25 years he was employed at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa. and also owned and operated a local sporting goods store in Elmira, N.Y.

He enjoyed fishing and dogs.

Surviving are his wife, Wendy (VanAtta) Proctor; one son, Michael (Christina) Proctor of Canonsburg, Pa.; and one brother, Alan Proctor of Horseheads, N.Y.

Calling hours are 4-6 p.m. Monday (Dec. 21, 2020) at the LaMarche Funeral Home, 35 Main St., Hammondsport, where a funeral and committal service will be held following the calling hours at 6 p.m. Monday. THOSE ATTENDING THE CALLING HOURS OR FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE MASK AND PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING.
