Dear Noritta and family:
I was sorry to hear about Don, prayers and sympathy to you and your family. May God comfort you during this sad time. Love and sympathy, Kim Wood and family
So sorry to hear about Donny’s passing. I grew quite attached to him during my short time at the Bath VA. I’m sure his family is releaved that his suffering is over.
Stephen and Brian, Nate and I want you to know how saddened we are to hear about your dad’s passing. I will always remember the wonderful times we had at your home in Smithfield, Va sharing so many great meals that your dad and mom fixed for us. There was never a visit without wonderful sinful desserts…
We never watch a Yankees..Boston Red Sox baseball game but think about Don and the bet we would have as to who would win.
I wish we were able to be there with you and your family to celebrate Don’s life, but I am not able to get away from work. Know though that both of you and your family are in my prayers.
Love Teresa and Nate Helgerson ..
Sincere condolences to Don’s family. I grew up with Don. I had a tremendous amount of respect for his service in the Marine Corps at amost perilous time. I know he will be missed by his friends, family, and the community.
Don was our neighbor for the past 3 1/2 yrs. and we will sadly miss him-he was a very nice man and a great neighbor.
You will be greatly missed by all but you are in a wonderful place now!
