CHRIS ALLEN
Chris Allen, 40, of Broken Arrow, OK, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday (January 10, 2017.) Chris was a Bicentennial baby, born on March 21, 1976 in Cohocton, N.Y. He lived his adult life in Texas and Oklahoma. Chris will be remembered for his love of the great outdoors. He enjoyed hiking, fishing, target shooting, motor sports, traveling to many parts of the U.S., he was an accomplished golfer and loved spending time with his beloved dogs Max & LeLu.
Chris worked for Verizon as a cell technician for many years. Chris is survived by his parents, Bill & Pam (Boggis) Allen of Avoca, his brother, Mike Allen of Arlington, TX and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be deeply missed by all!
The Avoca Funeral Home, 22 N. Main St. in Avoca, N.Y. is honored to serve the family of Chris Allen.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday (January 28, 2017) in the chapel at St Thomas Episcopal Church in Bath, N.Y. at 11am.

I am so sorry for the death of Chris. Your son was still a young boy when I last saw him. He is now resting in the arms of our Savior ,and Lord, Jesus Christ. Sometimes we don’t know the reasons why He would be taken,from the family. May He rest in Peace.
