Charles D. “Chuck” Kellogg
NEW PORT RICHEY/HORNELL – Charles D. “Chuck” Kellogg, 76, formerly of Hornell, NY, passed away Monday afternoon (Aug. 17, 2026) in New Port Richey, FL.
Born in Kane, PA on June 3, 1950 he was a son of the late Charles R. and Marie (Olds) Kellogg. Besides his parents he was also predeceased by his brother, Robert O. Kellogg.
At a young age Chuck moved to Canisteo and then to Hornell. He was a graduate of Hornell High School, Class of 1968 and attended the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). He relocated to New Port Richey, FL in 2000.
While residing in Hornell he was employed by the former Elsenheimer Chevrolet, the Robert A. Sweeney Agency and Wilkins RV. Since residing in Florida, he was employed at Suncoast RV, Bates RV; his most recent and favorite place of employment was at Pleasureway Industries, a company that customizes RVs.
Chuck was a member of the Hornell Country Club and long-time member of the Hornell Rotary Club and a former treasurer and president of the Hornell Flying Club.
Throughout the years he enjoyed great times at Loon Lake, skiing, boating, playing golf, flying his private airplane, attending car shows, trips to Disney with his family and fishing in the Florida Keys.
He is survived by his son, Casey Kellogg of Hornell; sister, Dorie Kellogg (Richard) Mu of Naples, FL; two nephews, Greg Mu and Brad Mu; and his loving partner, Inge Knight of Florida.
There will be no calling hours or funeral service. Private interment will take place in Hornell at the convenience of his family.

We had the pleasure of knowing Chuck as the loving companion of Inge Knight. His enchanting smile and devotion gave insight to the beauty of his soul. He always had a kind word, and compassionate heart to all who knew him. He will be missed by all. He battled his illness fiercely each and every day. May He Rest in Peace with the Lord, while those remaining behind struggle with the disbelief of passing. You were a great man loved by many
