To the entire Peterson Family,
Please allow me this opportunity to express my deepest condolences.
I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Mr.Peterson. May the Lord Bless over you all in this time of sorrow. I am sure he will always be remembered and cherished with his stories and love that was very evident to all that knew him and called him a Friend.
May God Bless over you all during these trying times. Lee, I am here if you need anything.
Again, I am so sorry.
To say that I miss you would be an understatement. To say that my heart hurts would just scratch the tip of the iceberg. I want you to know how much I have been blessed over the last 5 yrs to have you so close. I know that when you moved to Avoca, it wasn’t necessarily what you wanted to have done, but you blessed not only myself but the entire Avoca clan. My boys were afforded a relationship with their Great Gumpa that most kids don’t have with even their “Regular” Grandparents. To watch you love on your four great grandbabies and to see your eyes light up when they came in the room was worth all of the work it took to keep you home. Though I wish there was more that I could have done to ease your pain in your earthly body, I know that there is no more pain in your heavenly body. Traditionally, it is said that you need to Rest In Peace, but I would appreciate it if you would live it up and sing and dance in those streets. Meet me in my treestand this year, cause I’m gonna need your help to fill the freezer.
Grandpa, I love you and will miss you dearly, but I know that this is not goodbye, but rather a “See you when I get there.” Save me a spot on that river for when I get there, We’ve got more fish to catch, and more stories to swap.
My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Peterson family during this difficult time. <3 Sending many hugs and lots of love.
I knew Carl as my boss at the Employment and Training Center in Belmont, I am glad to have known him and so sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
I was blessed to spend time with Uncle Carl over the past year after being gone for 35 years. Our thoughts and prayers are with Aunt Lynn and the rest of the family. He was a wonderful man. Will be missed.
Tim, Cindy and Family…so sorry for your loss. We are unable to make it to Avoca for the calling hours, but our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time and the days ahead. Your memories and your faith will help you through this. Much Love, Tom and Lynne
Lynn, Tim, Todd and Tom, I was so glad when Carl and Lynn joined the Angelica Bible Church back in 1987. As a young pastor, I greatly appreciated Carl’s encouragement, advice and willingness to be involved in many ways. I am sorry I didn’t get the word of Carl’s passing sooner – I would have liked to attend the Funeral. It is comforting to know he is at peace, and when we see him again, it will be ALL JOY. Blessings to you all.
