DANSVILLE – Amelia Lynn Barnhardt (Amy), 36, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY after being stricken at her home. She was born in Dansville on April 19, 1987, the daughter of the late Debbie Goho and Walter Barnhardt, Jr. She was a life-long resident of Dansville and attended Dansville Central School.

Amy was known for her big heart, her willingness to help anyone in need, her untiring ambition, and her love of animals. She recently had taken up photography with a special interest in taking pictures of nature. But what Amy loved the most was her family, especially Jay, Bianca, Jason, and Gemma.

She is survived by the love of her life and soul mate, Jason Robb, her children, Bianca, Jason, and Gemma Robb; her father Walter Barnhardt Jr., sister, Alissa Repass, grandfather, Clifford (Corky) Goho, nieces Kylie, Brianna, Mia, Chyanna, Kendra, Eva, and Payton, nephew Keelan, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She also leaves behind her fur babies Minnie, Duke, Princess and Dixie.

Besides her mother, she was predeceased by her maternal grandmother Alice  (Sue) Goho, and her paternal grandparents, Walter Sr. and Shirley Barnhardt.

Calling hours are 12 – 3 pm, Sunday, June 18, 2023 at the CHAMBERLIN-BAIRD FUNERAL HOME, 73 MAIN ST., DANSVILLE with the funeral service to follow at 3 p.m., officiated by the Rev. Bruce Incze.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute in her memory to a fund set up for her children. Checks may be made out to her aunt, Darla Kennell, 8280 Lattimer Hill Road, Arkport, NY 14807. Envelopes for memorial contributions will be available at the funeral home.
