Alan G. Force
BATH-Alan G. Force, 59, of County Route 15, passed away on Oct. 27, 2021 at Guthrie Corning Hospital, after a brief illness. He was born on Oct. 1, 1962, in the Town of Urbana, to Gordon and Lois (Lounsberry) Force.
A lifelong resident of the Bath area, Alan was a graduate of Haverling Central School, class of 1980. He was formerly employed by the Avoca Central School District and was currently employed as a head custodian of the Bath-Haverling Central School District.
Alan loved spending time with his family, especially with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed woodworking and attending auctions.
His loving family includes his wife of 40 years, Rene (Davidson) Force; two daughters, Heather (Ethan) Henderson and their son, Rowan; Sabrina (Waylon) Holland and their children, Jayden, Weston and Daira; one son, Cameron (Christina) Force and their daughter, Korra; his mother, Lois Force; one brother, Wayne (Shirley) Force; sister-in-law, Rebecca (Edward) Luta; brother-in-law, Matthew (Becky) Davidson; father-in-law, Thomas Davidson; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Gordon “Gordy” Force and his mother-in-law, Mary Davidson.
A “Celebration of Alan’s Life” will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute in his memory to their favorite charity.
