Joyce will be missed by so many, her sense of humor was outstanding. Paul and I will always remember her with much affection, she was a joy. Our sympathy to her family.
I will always remember how welcoming Joyce was when we moved to Cohocton 4 years ago. She always had a smile and a wave. Her quick wit and humor will always be remembered. RIP Joyce. You will be forever missed.
I will always remember your jokes at lunch time at the Chatter Box..you will be missed.
Joyce was one of the many nice people in Cohocton who welcomed us when we moved here. She drove into our driveway and introduced herself.
We saw her from time to time at the Chatterbox Cafe. She had a great sense of humor in recounting recent incidents.
There was a sort of standing joke about my failing to recognize her after our first encounter. So I would walk up and say, “Hello, Susie Smith. So nice to see you again.” Sadly. that’s at an end.
Our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Joyce.
Its so touching to hear all the wonderfull memories people share about my grandmother, thank you. Its so clear to see that she was loved by many, and will be missed by all. I am who I am because of the person she was. RIP grammoo.
My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to Joyce’s family. I’ll always cherish the memories of her visits with my beloved mother and the wonderful jokes she so loved to share.
Thinking of you all & remembering all the “good” times with Joyce & the whole family. We have been friends for years going back to young adults.
We are sorry we are not going to be able to attend the service on Monday evening but OUR thoughts to ALL of you are with you at this time and for years to come. Please keep in touch.
Just to say you’re in my daily prayers
Joyce, we will miss you and your sense of humor. Always quick with a response and smile. Never heard a complaint no matter how hard life was for you. May you find peace now, with Dick, Betsy and your sister.
