Dear Andy,Bobby,Debbie and Patrick,
I heard the sad news from my mom last night.. I am very sorry to hear about your mom.. It does sound like she went very peacefully.. and now she is with your dad after being apart these past years ..I guess all the Kollra family had a grand reunion party on New Years Eve up in heaven with Grandma/Grandpa ,Aunt Theresa and my Dad(Buddy) and all the other siblings…
I have many memories of Aunt Minnie as we called her… The summers when you all came out to visit when Grandma Kollra was still alive were some of my fondest memories…. We always had a great time when our NY state relatives came to West Locust Street in Scranton for a visit…Unfortunantly after grandma died and we all were busy growing up we saw less of each other..Your Mom and Dad were also my godparents and I was so happy that they came to my wedding with Debbie 1981..
Know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time . Your mom was a woman of faith and as we are promised ,she will have eternal life in Christ..
Sincerely,
Your cousin.
Diane Kollra Kakareka
My dearest Aunt Madeline words cannot express how much I love you. You were like a mom to me. You have been in my prayers and thoughts. I wish I got to see you before you went home to the Lord. I will love you for ever Xo Xo.
My dearest cousins you are all in my prayers if any there is any thing I can do for you just let me know, and I will be there. As you know your mom was a beautiful person inside and out. She will forever be in my thoughts. I love you all.
To Andy and all the Greeley family.Sorry to hear of you Mother’s passing. She was a very good lady and surely a great Mother. We haven’t seen her in a long time, but still have some good memories of her on E. Elm St. We probably are not going to be able to be at the service on Monday, but our thoughts and prayers are with you.
