To the family of Mrs.Stanton,
Phyllis and Cal were two very sweet people, they use to come in to the Red Barn everynight and sit with me when I worked, she made me some ornaments for my Christmas tree that I still have, she is now with Cal again, I just wanted to tell you that that she will be missed just like Cal has, our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. She will be missed greatly.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
Phyllis and I graduated high school together and she has always been an upbeat person. I chatted with her briefly just before leaving for the winter and she was telling me about her unplanned visit to see LuAnn and Alan in Birmingham. She was a great gal!!
I have the fondest memories of Phyllis and Cal with children coming to Provincetown on Cape Cod to stay at our family cottages for many summers. It was always exciting to see family, from so far away, each year.
We send our condolences at this difficult time and our love to all from the entire Vaughan family.
Mrs. Stanton was always a nice lady and good people to have in your neighborhood. My condolences.
My sympathy and love to the whole family. I loved to visit with Mrs. Stanton and she kept me updated on all the family news, whenever I would see her. Then, after she spoke to me, she was afraid I’d write it in my paper..which deep down, I believe she loved, lol! I will miss seeing her in church and other places. I have such great memories of her at the Elmhurst and when we all went to MYF with her family. She is now reunited with Cal…in a special place. God Bless you all, Love Kim
All,
I am so sorry to read of Phyllis’ passing. What a wonderful lady. I remember her “trying” to keep us in line at Elmhurst.
My sympathies.
I was also surprised to see Dick is in Debrary. I work in Deland and live in New Smyrna Beach.
