You know how much we LOVED Betsy and she will surely be welcomed into heaven.
As someone told me today-“my mom will be dancing with the Big Guy” and am sure Betsy will be rejoycing with my mom who’s failing rapidly.

  2. Our sweet sweet friend Betsy will be forever remembered as our sister in Christ. She loved the Lord with all her heart and she glowed with his active spirit within her. Her friendship blessed us in many ways. We will see you again Besty, that’s a promise.

  3. Joyce, Kellie, and family,

Words cannot express our sincere sympathy for your loss. Betsy’s suffering is no more. She is at peace. Dick, Joe, and Betty were there to greet her with open arms. The photo of Betsy and her loves, her boys Jacob and Jesse, is very lovely and a real keepsake. Her smile filled the room. Betsy will be missed by many. Our prayers are with you and yours. Kellie we also pray for your Rick. The days of Roseland Park are in the past but those times will be with us until the last.

    Much love,
    Cathy and Rick

  8. I don’t even know where to start, there are so many memories that come to mind,Joyce,I am so very sorry for the loss of Bets, she was my friend for so many years,I can’t get used to the idea that she is gone. You raised the most awesome person. She always made me laugh, even if things were awful, and was one of the best moms and most kind-hearted people I ever met. We had some long talks over the last year,I am glad that we came back together through the ballfield. I heard a song on the radio yesterday that made me laugh and cry at the same time, she would know what I mean when I say,Boom Boom…..out go the lights

  9. My heartfelt condolences go out to the family of Betsy. I knew her about 10 years ago and while we’d gone our separate ways, I’d still kept up on her progress through the grapevine. Even during times that weren’t always peaches n’ creame, Betsy was a kind hearted and genuinely funny person. Her smile was contagious. While I never had the opportunity to reunite with her during her “new life”, I was so happy to hear that she was blessed with another little one because in spite of everything, she was a wonderful and loving mother! No one ever had a leg to stand on if they questioned her love for her children! I’m blessed to have known her, even for a short amount of time and I’m so very sorry for your loss.

  10. We want to let Joyce and all Betsy’s family know that our thoughts and prayers are with them during this sad time.  Always remember the good time you had together.

  11. We want to express to Joyce and the rest of Betsy’s family our condolances. Remembering your good times together can help you smile again.

  12. I am so sorry to hear of Betsy’s passing. Betsy and I worked together many years ago at Alstom, and we were friends for many years. I was at her wedding, and she at my baby shower. I moved away from the area and lost touch with many people, Betsy being one of them. The one thing that comes to my mind (and heart) is Betsy’s raspy laugh. It was contagious! If she laughed, I laughed. And she laughed often. I will miss Betsy very much, and I find some comfort in knowing that she is no longer suffering. I am so sorry that I can’t be there today at the funeral home. Reading the other comments here from loved ones and friends, it sounds like there will be a full house up in Heaven. Rest in peace, friend. I will continue to think of you fondly and often. Say hi to my mom, okay?

  13. I was so deeply saddened to hear of Betsy’s passing. I was fortunate to have an opportunity to get to know her. She was a wonderful person and an inspiration. 15. Even though I did not know your daughter, my Mom was her neighbor and took food over to you all the last week. You have been in my prayers and thoughts. I am sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Kim Clifford Wood

  16. Dear Joyce and family,
I am so very sorry for the passing of Betsy. It’s had to be really a rough thing to deal with.. I will always remember Betsy, she was a sweet girl, and the fuss she always made over my Colleen with the curls and dimples, are etched in my heart forever.
    Prayers are with you.
    And love and hugs.
