Patricia “Pat” Carroll Parsons
WELLSVILLE/HORNELL-Patricia “Pat” Carroll Parsons, 56, of Wellsville, formerly of Hornell, a daughter of Donna Carroll and the late Rev. Douglas Carroll, passed away early Saturday morning (Oct. 24, 2020) at Highland Hospital in Rochester.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

I was very sorry to learn of Pat passing. I got to know her this past year occasionally taking care of her cats Bert and Shadow for her…her kitty’s were everything to her. I truly hope that Pat is at peace now. My deepest sympathy’s to Pats family.

Patty and I met when we were in second grade. She was a part of my life as we grew up in Hornell, NY. I remember her fondly as a warm and caring person.
Oh my I just don’t know where to begin!!! Pat you were my bestest friend!!! We hung out on a daily basics!!! We were the 2 porch pirates when you lived in bath!!! I remember the fun days we had moving you to belmont!!! I will never ever forget your face and the memories we share will forever be in my heart!!! It’s so sad to hear about this news takes a blow to my chest!!! I hope your resting easy up there my friend until we meet again
