HORNELL-A Celebration of Life will be held from 2-4 p.m. Saturday (Aug. 15, 2020) at the Hornell American Legion Post for Monroe Monty Keith Bates II who entered into rest with his Lord and Savior on April 13, 2020. A memorial service will also be held at 3 p.m., with the Rev. Donald Maynard officiating.
