Josephine DeSanto
GREECE – Josephine DeSanto, 80, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2022.
Predeceased by her parents, Agnes and Thomas Grumley; sisters, Joan (John) Rees and Catherine Grumley; brother, Ted Grumley; and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Survived by her loving husband, Richard; son, Richard (Julie) DeSanto; daughter, Lora (John) Bagdasarian; grandchildren, Joseph (Sara), Shannon, Mya, Alec, and Ross; great grandchildren, Cole and Joey; sister, Patricia (Sully) Cavallaro; sister-in-law, Ellen DeSanto and several nieces and nephews.
Josephine graduated from Hornell High School in 1960 and worked in healthcare for 44 years at Genesee Hospital and Rochester General Hospital.
Friends and family will gather on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. with a service at 11:00 a.m. at the Bishop- Johnson & DeSanto Funeral Home, Inc., 285 Main St., Hornell. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Town of Fremont.
