Helen was one of my favorite when she was at Clinton Crest Manor. I called her Grandma Helen. The day I told her I was leaving Clinton Crest, even started to tear up. She has her crabby moments with me, but never lasted long.
The family are in my thoughts and prayers.
I have wonderful memories being a little girl on the farm. I recall Gramma Helen as a small lady, with a soft and calm voice, but there was never a shred of doubt Gramma was in charge. I felt honored to have her at my wedding, and it’s a greater honor to have known her. Sending my love and sympathies to the entire Snyder family and friends.
Love and Hugs to all the family and friends. Grandma we will always love, remember and miss you. We plan on enjoying our life in Tenessee as you encouraged us to do. Love, Susan, Mark and Allen
Dear Linda, Stephen, Brian, George, Gail, Karen, Paul, Verna and all the family and friends, my sincere condolences to you all.
Although I didn’t keep in touch as I should have, I thought of Helen often, especially when using some of the hand written baking recipes she taught me. I very fondly remember the time we spent together in Berlin and in Hammondsport. I admired her for her no-nonsense attitude, and caring way.
You are in my thoughts and prayers in this difficult time of mourning.
Peace
Eva
