PULTENEY – Donald Scotchmer, 80, died early Thursday morning (June 17, 2021) at his home in Pulteney, NY
Born in Wayne, NY, he was married to Linda Yonge in 1959 in Pulteney, NY.
Don was a grape grower for 60 years and loved hunting and being outdoors.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; a son, Charles (Brenda) Scotchmer of Pulteney, NY; a daughter, Charlene Secondo (Chris) of Hamburg, NY; also several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
There will be no services and burial will be at the convenience of the family.

My first boss ever as I worked in his vineyards in high school. Always so kind and of recent years would always beep his horn and wave when he passed by me on my walks. RIP Don. Another great loss to our town!! Hugs to Linda and family!
