Robert L. Dailey
HORNELL-Robert L. Dailey, 70, of Moss Road, passed away Monday (Dec. 27, 2021), surrounded by his family.
His loving family includes his wife of 51 years, Sue Ann (Garwood) Dailey, who he married on Sept. 19, 1970, at the Larger Parish Church in Canaseraga; two daughters, Cherie (Todd) Burritt of Hornell and Amy (Charles) Barnes of Canaseraga; four grandchildren; three sisters and three brothers; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his parents, Willis and Jeannine (Lemmerman) Dailey; two grandchildren and two brothers.
To honor his wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute to their favorite charity.

My Condolences to Sue and Rest of Family His parents and Mine Played Cards every Day night at different houses in Group … Me being the oldest… Was in Charge of ALL THE YOUNGER ONES … BOB being one I left in Charge when I got to Leave to get Adult coffee and Snacks 😂😆
I am saddened to hear of Bob’s passing. My sympathy goes to my friend Sue, and their family. He will be remembered for his support at the Hornell Dodger games. It was always a joy to see him.
We were so saddened to hear about Bob. Marc will miss the conversations they had when plowing, mowing, or the crazy down pours when the drains would get plugged. If you need anything Sue let us know.
