Beverly J. Saltsman
AVOCA-Beverly J. Saltsman, 94, formerly of Alexander Street, passed away Sunday morning (Sept. 26, 2021) at the Taylor Health Center in Bath.
Born in Savona on Sept. 12, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Bessie (Brown) Wixson. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Irvin Saltsman; one son, Willy Saltsman and one brother, Merle Wixson
Beverly loved seeing people and especially enjoyed dancing.
Her loving family includes three children, Jeanette (Bob) Wright of Pulteney, NY, Albert Saltsman of Smithboro, NY and Timmy Saltsman of Avoca; nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and one sister-in-law, Ruth Ostrander.
A “Celebration of Beverly’s Life” will be held in the spring 2022.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute in her memory to their favorite charity.
