  1. I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Johns passing,my deepest condolences to all. I can remember when I was about 11 or so and Uncle John came to Norwich to make a delivery to Victory and he stopped at our house. He asked my mother if I could go with him on his run for a week, mom said yes,and I went with him. We went to NYC,to PA,that was to a Quaker State oil refinery or distributor. I can remember stopping at one truck stop and eating one of our meals, they had the old fashioned juke boxes in the booth and I played Run Through The Jungle by Creedence, when it came on a few of the patrons did have a look on their faces,as well as Uncle John,he did not say anything, though. Those of you that are not familiar with that particular tune, listen to it and you will know what I mean. Uncle John rest in peace and be with the ones you love.
I can not be physically there for the funeral, but I will be thinking of all of you.

  2. Thank you for always being so kind and loving and welcoming me as one of your kids when Ann and I were in school together. I know your with Mom now. Give her a hug and a hey there from me.

    Your loved and missed always,
