HAROLD K. BROWN
BATH-Harold K. Brown, 102, passed away late Wednesday evening (Nov. 19, 2014) at the Bath V. A. Center.
Born in Campbell on Feb. 3, 1912, he was a son of the late Albert and Cora Stowell Brown. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by his wife.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Harold proudly served his country beginning in 1931; he also later served during World War II from 1943-1945 and became a Pearl Harbor survivor.
He was employed by the Gordon Linen Supply Co. in New York City and has resided at the Bath V.A. Center since 2004.
His family includes a niece, Ercil Stevens of Painted Post.
The Avoca Funeral Home in honored to serve the family of Harold K. Brown.
There will be no calling hours. Committal services, with military honors, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday (Nov. 28, 2014) at the Bath National Cemetery, with Terry Sutfin of Avoca officiating.
