  1. My memory of Aunt Sadie is how happy she always was. My love and prayers are with you even though I can’t be there.

  2. Laurel, you always spoke of your mother – “the ol’ lady’ – with respect and love. You have always spoken of being a Randall with pride. Though inevitable, and blessedly peaceful, this is undoubtedly one of the toughest times you will ever have to face (and God knows you’ve had plenty of tough times). You will get through it the way you have those other times; with the strength you gained growing up a Randall. You have been fitted for the job. Your mother’s work is done, and she’s been called to rest and she’ll have no more tears. You will have another reunion in the sweet by and by. It will seem so long to you…but for her, just a blink of an eye. She’ll just be enjoying getting those welcome home hugs from her parents and siblings and your dad and looking forward to the day the rest of you come home, too. The eternal Randall reunion is just getting underway. Take a look at the stars tonight – pretty sure she’ll leave a light on for you.

  3. Mrs. Randall was my Sunday School Teacher many years ago. Oh what lovely memories of a very sweet lady. I remember most of her children, see Mary often. Sorry for the loss of your Mom.
    God Bless all of you.

  4. The Ol Lady was such a large part of our lives, even when we didn’t realize it. Everything I’ve become is due to her example, support and willingness to let me find my own way. She and Dad taught without trying. I am fortunate to have the family that I do. Love you all.

  5. To the family of Sadie Randall:

So sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother’s passing. Needless to say, your Mother
was very loving and giving. Spending her life caring for her family. There will be
a very empty place, now that she is gone. Children, whatever their age, never outgrow
    the need of their Mother.

One time when my Father, Harry Randall, was visiting, and I was with him. Your Mother
was baking and decorating a birthday cake for Jesus, talking and singing as she did so.
Her love and devotion, so obvious. The making of this cake touched me, as I watched her.

We send our love to all of you at this time of great loss. In memory of your Mother, we are sending a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Love to all, and God Bless.

Joyce Randall Croston & Mike Croston
