My sincerest condolences to Steve, Janice,Nancy and the rest of the family. I have such wonderful memories of your Mom – she always made me feel welcome @ your home and was so sweet to everyone. She will be greatly missed.
Steve, Janice and Nancy,
My sincere wish is that you will be comforted today, tomorrow and in the coming weeks as Marilyn’s friends share with you their stories of your mom. “Mrs. Price” was a Park Church Bucher Class mom and many of your friends were lucky to know her in that way – wearing an apron and working in the church kitchen; wearing a choir robe and singing those wonderful hymns; chatting with our parents in the narthex while we learned to be polite and well behaved and patient. She was always friendly, a twinkle in her eye and a laugh that cannot be forgotten. (Nancy, you have that laugh!) Remembering her, I smile. And I’m sure she will be smiling, too, as she looks down from heaven and watches you receive the love of people who loved her. God bless.
Dear Nancy, Janice and Steve: I was so sorry to hear about your wonderful Mom. I have the best memories of her and I remember her coming to the YMCA too… You have been in my thoughts and prayers…and I tried getting to calling hours, but it was our big dance recital weekend and couldn’t make it. I will remember your Mom and our lovely chats we had…when we both attended the Methodist Church. Love and God bless. Kim Clifford Wood
Janice, Steve and Nancy..my prayers are with you… I know what a trying time this is…I remember her in the Choir at the Park United Methodist Church..she will be greatly missed.
My sincere condolences to the entire family. I have always held the thought of Mrs. Price as a gentle and loving woman who cared deeply for her children and family.
