  2. I have so many fond memories of our good neighbors Jack, Ginny and Terry. Many, many years as we shared a neighborhood, Club activities, watching Terry grow into a wonderful woman. I will always remember the good times we enjoyed with the Lyon family. As will Paul when he arrived in the neighborhood. Our condolences to your family.

  3. Terry & Doug – There is so much I could write about my memories of your parents. It would take up the entire world wide web. Your parent’s perfect yard and pink house will always be etched in my mind. Your mom pumping gas in her pink jump-suit stands out. Your dad’s purchasing and renting of the tandem bikes was also very cool to a kid of the 50’s and 60’s. Putting free air in my bike tires when ever I needed it. Your dad checking out our family car and visiting with my dad. Of course watching your proud parents in the school auditorium while you performed in the talent show also brings back the great times Avoca used to have. Jack was certainly active in Avoca and community events. He will not be forgotten. He was certainly proud of his little girl and I know that his little girl will miss him. I’ll say a prayer for Ginny. You’ve been a wonderful daughter. Ken and Edith also send condolences to you.

  4. Terry and Doug,
Our hearts are sad with the passing of Jack, your father. We must remember all the fun times. The minstrel shows, Lions club activities, picnics and the time the guys went after the Christmas tree that did not pass inspection and many many more. Jack will be remembered fondly by all that knew him.

  5. Terry, our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Your dad was a wonderful man, contributing so much to his community. Especially memorable is all he did with the Lions Club. May God bless you and your mother!
