  1. Edith – I am not sure if you remember me but I was in the Class of 1981 in Avoca. I would like to extend my condolences to you. Sorry to read about the loss of Ervin.

  2. Sorry for the loss of your son, father and brother. May God be with you during this time. I remember Ervin quite well and will always remember him. God Bless

  3. I was just sitting here putting my hair up in to a “bun” when from out of nowhere i just started laughing remeber that uncle Ervin used to always call it my “honey Bun” when i put my hair up like this and he would call me his “huny Bun” I was very close to my uncle he was more of a dad than an uncle i remembered that he was always there if we needed somthing. He got me my first job and i learned so much from him. Not just about how to run a restaunt ( it was always his dream to open his open hamburger restruant) but about life too. Ervin was one of the nicest kindest people i have ever known he would help anyone who asked. We are all so privllaged to have some one like him in our life.
