I had the privilege of working with Dee in my first job at City Hall. What a wonderful woman! Dee was like a mother to me. She was very compassionate, funny, and one heck of a card player. She will forever live in my heart and my memory. She will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy and condolences to Maryann and the family.
To the Family of Dee,
We would like to offer our sincerest sympathy to you at this sad time. We’re sure you all have many happy memories that you will cherish forever.
Sincerely,
Paul & Helen Spencer
