PULTENEY – Victor L. Card, 80, of Pulteney, N.Y., passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Arnot Ogden Hospital in Elmira, N.Y. Victor was born on April 06, 1945, in Corning, N.Y. He was the son of the late Ephriam and Marjorie (Oakden) Card.
Victor was known for his warm smile and kindness. He had a deep love for his family, gardening, and animals.
Victor is survived and will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 57 years, Rose Marie (Stewart) Card. His daughter Michele (Bryan) Howell, Shawn (Kathy) Card and Shane Card. His grandchildren Nathan (Alyssa) Howell, Michaela (Brie) Howell, Megan Howell, Ashley Card, Brianna Card, Christopher Card, Ryan Card and Jenna Card. He also had several great-grandchildren.
Victor was predeceased by his parents and sibling, Cynthia Anderson.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services.
