Clara E. Campbell
BATH – Clara E. Campbell, 83 of Bath, NY went to be with the Lord on Wednesday January 8, 2025, at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY surrounded by her children.
She was born to Elizabeth and William VanDelinder on March 20, 1941, in Sonora, NY. She was married to Herman M. Vogt from Hammondsport, NY, where they had seven children. Clara loved to clean houses, dance, listen to music, animals, gardening, and to be her spunky self. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her big family. She will best be remembered for her love for her children and grandchildren.
Clara is predeceased by her parents, Elizabeth and William VanDelinder; her first husband, Herman M. Vogt; her sisters, Bonnie and Shirley, and son, Kevin Vogt. She is survived by her significant other, Joseph Donahue; her children, Sheila Buckle (Ed Sutryk), Steve (Mary) Vogt, Michele (Robert) Smith, Charlene (Albert) Willems, Amanda Vogt, Jeffrey Vogt (Melissa Beam), and Mark Vogt (Kristy Bacon). She is also survived by her 25 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great-granddaughter.
A Celebration of Life will be held for her family and friends at a later date.
