Kevin McCann

SAVONA – Kevin McCann, age 60, of Savona, NY, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, May, 28th 2026. He was born on February 27th, 1966, in Bath, NY to Paul and Martha McCann. Kevin graduated from Hammondsport Central High School in 1984. He was a lifelong farmer starting on his grandfather’s farm, eventually moving to Dundee, NY to begin his family farm, Lone Oak Farm. His greatest joy was his family, especially his grandkids.

His mother and father, Paul and Martha McCann pre-deceased him in 2002 and 2015 respectively, and later by his brother, Stephen McCann, in 2020.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Patricia McCann of Savona, NY; his daughter Sarah (Cheyenne) McCann of Penn Yan, NY; his son Matthew (Paige) McCann of Dryden, NY; his grandchildren, Jayna, Elaine, Philip, and Samuel; his brothers Michael (Mary) McCann of Wayne, NY; Roger (Chris) McCann of Sun City, FL; Aunt Ann (Melvin) Kost of Victor, NY; Uncle Ron (Judy) McIntire of Wayne, NY; Mother-in-law Lois Morris; Brother-in-laws Kevin Morris; Scott (Laurie) Morris; Jeff (Deb) Morris; Neil (Harrison) Morris; Sister-in-law Kay (Joey) Deangelo; many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be sent to Team Gleason Foundation or the First Aid Closet in Dresden, NY.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at Kevin’s home in Savona, NY on June 13th, 2026 at 1pm.
