Keith N. Chase

AVOCA – Keith N. Chase, 77, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Avoca on Friday (June 5, 2026).

Born in Dunkirk, NY on Jan. 2, 1949 he was a son of the late Millard Chase, Jr. and Margaret (Hoag) Chase. Besides his parents he was also predeceased by the love of his life, Jane Slocum and two stepsons, Robert Judkins and David Pietrucha.

A proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, Keith proudly served his country from 1967 to his honorable discharge in 1970.

He was employed as a truck driver and throughout the years he enjoyed hunting and taking rides on his “trike.”

Keith is lovingly survived by his two sons, Keith (Linda) Chase, Jr. and Kevin Chase all of Dunkirk, NY; two step children, Melissa Pietrucha of Cohocton, NY, and Sara (Renee) Judkins of Rochester, NY; one sister, Katherine (Jim) Moon of Penn Yan, NY; one brother, Charles Smith of Florida; as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
