F. Brad Williams
BATH – F. Bradley Williams, born on July 1, 1932, passed away on March 18, 2024 surrounded by his family. Brad is survived by his six children: Craig of Denton, Texas; Kirk (Lori) of Davis Junction, Illinois; Kelly (Debbie) of Freeport, Illinois; Chris Illig (Mark) of Branchport, New York; Kerry McKinley (Dean) of Bath, New York; and Kent (Tracy) of Caton, New York. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, as well as his brother Ronald “Butch” (Myrl) Williams of Austell, Georgia. He was pre-deceased by Anne, his wife of 63 years, and his sisters Joyce Mattison, Darlene Yochum, and Jean Beeman.
Brad graduated from Haverling High School in 1950 and then went on to join the United States Navy where he served in the Korean War. Brad retired from MetLife in 1987. Upon retirement, Brad and Anne enjoyed many winters in Florida. Brad was a member of the Bath Country Club where he and Anne spent many days playing golf with friends and family. He was also a member of the Bath American Legion, Elks Club, and VFW.
At Brad’s request, there will be no calling hours or service. There will be a celebration of life at the Bath Country Club on Thursday, March 21 from 5 PM-8 PM.
He asked in lieu of flowers that you make a donation to a charity of your choice.
